Maury County Students in Crisis provides short-term emergency assistance to students and their families. It was founded in 2014 and helps on average 300 children per year. Members of MCSIC are unpaid volunteers who care very deeply about Maury County. All funds raised, go directly to help local families.

During the current school year (23-24), MCSIC has assisted 118 families and 254 children, expending almost $34,000 locally.
